A WORKSHOP FACILITATED AT FINDHORN FOUNDATION – Saturday 15 July 17 – Friday 21 July 17
by Pam Billinge and Lindsay Fovargue
Following the success of our Horses, Sense and Soul programme at the Findhorn Foundation in 2016, we will again be delivering a week-long workshop at this wonderful location.
This experiential week involves meditations and exercises supporting embodied awareness, and interaction with a small herd of horses deep in the Morayshire hills. Horses are acutely attuned energetically and respond to us more fully when our mind, body and spirit are connected. Thus they cast light on our internal processes: emotion, intention, contradiction – and amplify the energies they perceive, demonstrating how we can become more present, more potent and more alive. The number of participants is limited to 10 so that each individual can best be supported in their interaction with the equines. Through witnessing and attending to resonance, guided processes and discussion, the group will also learn from each other.
Participants may hold a particular focus through the week, or none – the ‘work’ finds its own direction, through respectful, mindful interaction with the equines and tracking of somatic process. It is deeply soulful, heart-opening work, which touches those watching as well as those participating.
The approach involves no riding and requires no previous experience. Pam and Lindsay have been leading these workshops together since 2008.
