Dates: 4-6th September 2018
Venue: Suddene Park, Burbage, Wiltshire SN8 3DP
Due to demand I am offering some new dates for my Practitioner Programme, on 4-6th September 2018.
This programme is aimed at experienced psychotherapists, counsellors or coaches who also have a background in horses and who follow a spiritual approach to horsemanship. Participation in the Introductory Programme is helpful in order to join the Practitioner Programme. If you have not attended this then you must at least be vey confident around horses or have undertaken training in equine assisted therapy or learning elsewhere.
This three-day programme is almost entirely an experiential learning process with some underpinning theory and involves in-depth observation and practise of embodied horse-led learning sessions. It will lead to a powerful understanding of the horse as healer, and will equip you to begin integrating embodied horse-led work into your existing coaching or psychotherapy. It is an ‘enabling’ programme (rather than being a ‘certifying programme’) in the sense that it will enable you to take your first steps in safely moulding your own existing experience as a practitioner to include horses. I do not certify participants at the end of the programme to follow my own model, or anyone else’s, however I do issue a CPD certificate if this is requested.
A minimum group size is required to run this programme and the closing date for confirmed bookings is 4 August. The cost of the programme is £650 per person and must be paid in full in order to reserve your place. This includes all refreshments and a hot vegetarian lunch. Overnight accommodation is not included and details of local B&Bs will be circulated on booking. Camping is also available on site – subject to availability.
If you are interested in booking onto this programme in the first instance please write to me, Pam Billinge on firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your interest and prior experience/training in psychotherapy/counselling/coaching/horsemanship.
